Cookie Notice

The cookies and browser storage Chronos uses. Only what the service needs; no tracking.

In short

Chronos uses only strictly necessary cookies, to sign you in and keep sign-in safe, and stores dashboard preferences in your browser. There are no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and none from third parties for those purposes, so there is nothing to opt in to.

Cookies

__clientour sign-in provider, on its sign-in subdomain of 2090.techremember your sign-in across visits; protect sign-in from abuseuntil you sign out, or up to the provider’s session lifetime

Signing in may also involve a bot-protection check that sets its own necessary cookie. All of these are needed for the service to work, so they are set without asking.

Browser storage

The dashboard keeps your preferences in your browser’s local storage, never sent to us:

  • theme, sidebar, table density, hidden columns and column widths, diagram layout;
  • the world you last looked at in each project;
  • the SQL editor’s open tabs and query text, and simulation drafts, so they’re there when you come back.

Clearing your browser’s site data removes them.

Your choices

You can block or delete cookies in your browser’s settings. If you block the necessary ones, you won’t be able to sign in. Signing out ends the sign-in cookies.
